Kelley Graphics is . . .
Shane Kelley

Or is it vice versa? Meaning, at this point Kelley Graphics is just me, Shane Kelley.
I began specializing in this type of work when it was still done completely by hand. At that time I used technical pens, frosted mylar, T-squares, triangles, rubber cement and X-acto knives. The computer is the tool I use now. It gives me a wider range of possible solutions and it also frees me from having to be local. I don't have to be near a typesetter, nor wait for their deliveries. In fact very few of my clients are local. Their locations range from Georgia to Indiana to Massachusetts and points in between.
Below you can read some comments from my clients and request a full-color, printed portfolio sent to you by U.S. mail. Pictures on the internet are nice, but the detail just doesn't show up as well as it does in print.

What Clients Say

Shane Kelley is a total professional, a terrific problem-solver ...technically and creatively sophisticated. He carries a job from start to finish flawlessly, every time. Working with Shane is a pleasure because I never have to worry -- I know he'll do an exemplary job.

--Mr. Eliot Bergman

If I had to name just one person who has consistently made my job easier over the last ten years, it would be Shane Kelley. I can honestly say I have never worked with a more intelligent and responsible, creative professional.

--Ms. Jeryl Costello, Art Director
Journal of Accountancy

I have known, worked with, and had my professional butt saved many times by Shane over the past twelve years. Over that time there have been two expressions that sum up Shane in my mind:

Got it! and...Whatever it takes!

Very quickly he picked up on my creative style, needs and standards. We've gotten to the point where, quite literally, I give him paper napkin scribbles and get back masterpieces. Most important, he maintains our super-high quality standards (often better than I do). And, many a time, I've given Shane ludicrous schedules and constraints. Never, ever, have I been let down.

As editor of a national business magazine in a competitive field, I know we need to make our publication stand out from the crowd. Shane Kelley's expertly crafted designs have been a major reason our magazine has emerged as the leading publication in its field.

For nearly three years, Shane has been creating bright, visually striking infographics to accompany our cover stories. Each month our readers have come to look for his creative interpretation of our research-based articles. His design spreads have become an integral part of our visual identity with readers.

Shane has the innate ability to take words and numbers and make them commuicate a message that has strong visual impact. His talent, creativity and ability to meet tight deadlines makes him an indispensable part of our publication team. Kelley Graphics has made the difference for us.
